EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at fedor.grysha@gmail.com and include your order number together with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying me of your decision to withdraw. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after I receive the returned item or receive proof that it has been shipped back.
- Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Therefore, the following products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started:
• Products with custom engraving, initials, names, logos, monograms, or personalized text.
• Products made in custom color combinations specifically requested by the customer.
• Products modified, customized, or manufactured according to the customer's specific requirements.
Production of custom and personalized orders begins within 24 hours after an order is placed. Once production has started, such orders can no longer be cancelled under the exceptions provided by applicable EU consumer law.
- Natural Characteristics of Leather
My products are handcrafted from genuine leather, a natural material with unique characteristics.
Variations in grain pattern, texture, wrinkles, pores, healed scars, growth marks, stretch marks, natural markings, and shade variations are inherent features of genuine leather and are not considered defects, damage, or manufacturing faults.
Because each hide is unique, the appearance, texture, and color of the leather may vary slightly from product photographs. These natural variations are part of the character and authenticity of genuine leather and do not constitute grounds for return, replacement, refund, or claims based on product quality.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved specifications or product description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. I will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment
For standard, non-customized products, cancellation requests submitted before shipment will be accepted and fully refunded.
For personalized or custom-made products, cancellation is only possible before production has started.
